Location: St Nicholas Early Education Singleton
An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Director at St Nicholas Early Education Singleton.
The St Nicholas Early Education centre is a successfully established centre that joined the St Nicholas brand in 2016. We are seeking a professional business manager to continue to operate the centre to ensure the centre remains a leader in the Singleton area.
To be successful in the position you will be self motivated, have a passion for child care and provide exceptional service in all undertakings, have knowledge in implementing best practice strategies into centres and a track record in facilitating a child’s optimal social, intellectual and physical development.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Diploma in Children’s Services or Degree in Early Childhood Teaching
Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation
Demonstrated knowledge of services requirements of the CCS (childcare management system) and ability to perform software application for compliance
Be willing to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under the Children (Education and Care Services National Law Application) Bill 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations
Demonstrated ability to successfully support the Early Learning Years Framework with the centre curriculum
Previous experience in successfully managing a budget for an Early Education Centre
This position is on a permanent full-time basis, however part-time applications will also be considered.
It is mandatory for applicants to hold: First Aid training certification, Current Child protection training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training. Applicants may also be required to go through pre-screening checks such as a national criminal check, right to work in Australia, complete a health declaration, Working With Children Check verification, and proof of qualifications.
